Push-Out Conveyor (Box Pusher)
The push-out conveyor is a core conveying device in foundry production lines, designed to achieve automated and precise transfer and circulation of sand boxes, pallets, or molds. By integrating hydraulic, pneumatic, or servo drive technologies, it replaces manual handling and steadily and efficiently pushes sand box units between molding, pouring, cooling, and shakeout processes. It is a key element in building continuous and automated foundry production lines.
Our push-out conveyor series is specifically developed to address material flow challenges in foundry environments, particularly for processes such as V-process casting and lost foam casting, where high requirements are placed on positioning accuracy, synchronization, and sealing performance. Through precise pushing actions and reliable positioning and locking mechanisms, it effectively eliminates issues such as positioning errors, sand box misalignment, and vacuum leakage caused by traditional manual handling or simple mechanical pushing. This ensures smooth production rhythm and stable line operation, forming a solid foundation for improving overall productivity and casting quality.
I. Product Performance and Features
· Heavy-duty structural design: The machine frame is made of high-strength steel, with key load-bearing components specially reinforced. The drive system (hydraulic cylinder or pneumatic cylinder) provides strong and reliable thrust.
· Seamless production line integration: Easily adaptable to various infeed and outfeed systems such as transfer cars, roller conveyors, and chain plate conveyors. With PLC control, it can be interlinked with molding machines, vibration compaction tables, box turning machines, pouring machines, and other equipment to form a complete automated production line.
· Man–machine separation for safety: Operators are freed from heavy and high-temperature manual handling, eliminating safety risks such as squeezing and collisions associated with manual box pushing.
· Reduced total operating cost: High-reliability design minimizes production line downtime caused by positioning failures; automated operation reduces labor costs; smooth motion protects sand boxes and molds, significantly lowering overall maintenance and operating costs.

III. Selection Guide and Service Support
To select a suitable push-out conveyor, the following key factors should be clearly defined:
1. Process flow: Clarify the specific role of the push-out conveyor within the production line.
2. Load and cycle time: Determine the maximum load per push and the required production cycle time.
3. Accuracy and interlocking requirements: Evaluate positioning accuracy requirements and whether interlocking with vacuum systems, elevators, or other special equipment is necessary.
4. Installation environment: Assess site layout, space constraints, and the interfacing method with upstream and downstream equipment.
We provide full lifecycle services, including process consultation, solution design, installation and commissioning, operator training, and spare parts supply.
