Transfer Car (Shuttle Car)

The transfer car is an automated rail-based transfer platform for workshops. By moving precisely back and forth along fixed rails installed on the floor, it efficiently and safely carries and transfers sand boxes, ladles, molds, or castings, enabling seamless material flow between different process stages, parallel production lines, or even across workshop areas. The transfer car overcomes the limitations of fixed conveying lines that cannot change tracks or directions, greatly improving workshop layout flexibility and logistics efficiency.

Whether used in advanced molding lines such as V-process casting and lost foam casting, or in traditional sand casting operations, the transfer car serves as a critical link connecting molding, pouring, cooling, and shakeout processes. · Cross-line transfer: Efficiently connects two or more parallel fixed conveying lines (such as roller conveyors or rail lines), enabling lateral material transfer and breaking barriers between production lines for greater operational flexibility.

· Precise travel and positioning: Equipped with heavy-duty wheels and dedicated rail guidance, providing smooth operation and high positioning accuracy.
