Product Overview

After the sand box is flipped, both the sand and casting are poured out. The sand removal machine efficiently separates the casting from the sand. Using the vibration motor, the machine transports the casting to the collection area, facilitating the sorting and transport of the casting.

The frame is primarily welded from 12mm-16mm thick steel plates, with reinforced thick-walled pipes and 10mm steel plates.

Main Functions and Advantages

The lost foam sand removal machine is a critical terminal device in the lost foam casting production line. The vibration can separate the casting from the surrounding and internal dry silica sand, as well as break up sand blocks containing coating residues.
