Zibo Tongpu founded in 2005, for the user to manufacture a number of lost form and V-method production lines successively. Including fully-automatic and semi-automatic production lines, but also tailored to the user's simple production line. I.Foundation and Registration Stage (2000–2005)

2000
The predecessor of the company, Zibo Zhangdian Tongpu Vacuum Equipment Factory, was established. In the early start-up period, the team focused on vacuum pumps as well as equipment related to lost foam casting and V-process (vacuum molding) casting. The company carried out technical R&D, process exploration, and small-batch customized production, gradually forming the initial brand identity and business framework. During this stage, Tongpu defined vacuum pumps and vacuum units as its core product direction and established its basic manufacturing capabilities.

October 21, 2005
The enterprise completed industrial and commercial registration and was officially renamed Zibo Tongpu Vacuum Equipment Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of RMB 10 million. The company was located in Zhangdian District, Zibo City, Shandong Province, and clearly defined vacuum equipment, lost foam casting equipment, and V-process vacuum casting equipment as its main business areas.

In 2011, the company relocated as a whole to Gaoqing County, Zibo City, Shandong Province, further expanding its production capacity and development space.

II.Growth and Business Expansion Stage (2006–2015)

2006–2010
The company successively established specialized workshops for machining, fabrication and welding, and assembly, forming a relatively complete manufacturing system. During the same period, it passed the ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certification, continuously improving management standards and product quality.

2011–2015
The product portfolio was continuously expanded to form a multi-series system covering screw vacuum pumps, Roots vacuum pumps, liquid ring vacuum pumps, reciprocating vacuum pumps, and various vacuum units. Meanwhile, the company increased investment in the R&D and manufacturing of lost foam casting and V-process casting production lines. The equipment was widely applied in many provinces and cities across China and exported to South Korea, Russia, Southeast Asia, and other countries and regions, steadily enhancing market influence.

III.Upgrading and Specialization Stage (2016–2025)

After 2020
The company was recognized as a Provincial High-Tech Enterprise and established dedicated R&D and testing centers, continuously strengthening technological innovation and non-standard customization capabilities.

2020–2025
Focusing on continuous optimization and upgrading of casting equipment and vacuum systems, the company further improved core products such as the SZ Series 3D Vibration Compaction Table and sand coolers for casting applications, and successfully delivered multiple fully automated lost foam and V-process casting production lines. At the same time, Tongpu built an integrated service model combining equipment, process solutions, and technical training.

At present, the company’s products and solutions cover more than 20 provinces and cities in China and are exported to multiple countries and regions, gradually developing into a company with regional influence in the fields of lost foam casting, V-process casting, and vacuum equipment.

The company currently employs 73 staff members, including 5 project managers, 6 personnel with senior professional titles, 12 with intermediate professional titles, 21 with junior professional titles, as well as a number of experienced skilled technicians. The team structure is lean and efficient, fully covering all business functions such as R&D, production, sales, and after-sales service.

The technical team consists of engineers from multiple disciplines, including mechanical design, electrical control, vacuum systems, and casting processes. Most team members have long been engaged on the front lines of casting and equipment manufacturing, combining a solid theoretical foundation with extensive on-site practical experience. They specialize in non-standard equipment design and adaptation to actual operating conditions, enabling them to accurately and efficiently respond to customers’ customized requirements.

The company has established experimental and pilot production bases, providing customers with process validation, technical training, and ongoing after-sales technical support, helping clients achieve stable and efficient production operations.
