In V-process (Vacuum Sealed Molding) casting, fused ceramic beads (electrofused alumina sand) serve as an ideal and widely used dry powder molding material.

Principle: The fused ceramic beads are spherical and have smooth surfaces.
Effect: During sand filling in V-process molding, the spherical sand flows like water, easily filling deep cavities, internal corners, and complex geometries of the mold. It naturally compacts without bridging, greatly reducing manual compaction effort.
Low Thermal Expansion to Prevent Defects
