1. Product Overview
The sand temperature regulator uses circulating water to cool or heat the sand material by ensuring full contact between the sand particles and the pipes inside the cooler, allowing for heat exchange to complete the cooling or heating task.
2. Components
The sand temperature regulator consists of several cooling sections, equipped with flow regulation plates and manual shut-off plates. Each cooling section contains multiple drainage pipes. The sand, after being air-classified, flows evenly through these cooling pipes, allowing it to cool down. The flow regulation plate consists of two layers of perforated plates, and the sand flow is controlled by adjusting the misalignment of the plates. The entire system uses automated control and is equipped with temperature sensors. After cooling, the sand temperature is fed back to the control center via the sensors for intermittent discharge.
